ARCO’s New England division recently partnered with repeat developer client Calare Properties to bring a 124,800 SF distribution facility to Saco, Maine. The build-to-suit development is now home to a Fortune 500 company end-user and offers immediate access to major distribution routes, located just one mile from I-195. ARCO successfully managed the civil engineering, permitting, entitlements, and site surveys at the state and local levels throughout the project.
The state-of-the-art facility features 32’ clear height, 25 dock positions, tilt-up construction, an 8,500 SF office, and a 3,500 SF interior fleet service garage.
ARCO National Construction and Calare Properties have recently partnered on two additional industrial projects in New England, including a 119,000 SF warehouse completed in Acton, Massachusetts, and a 219,000 SF distribution facility in Bridgewater, Massachusetts.
