ARCO National Construction partnered with Scooter’s Coffee, one of the fastest-growing specialty coffee drive-thru franchises in the nation, to bring 181,033 SF of cold storage and distribution space to the greater Indianapolis, Indiana area. ARCO converted an existing facility to expand the capabilities for Harvest Roasting, the vertically integrated supply chain affiliate of Scooter’s Coffee. The new facility supports more than 300 Scooter’s Coffee locations and franchisees across multiple states. The facility brings about 50 jobs to the region upon opening, with plans to generate a total of up to 114 new jobs by the end of 2027.
Centrally located at 6441 CR 475 E Whitestown, Indiana, 46052, the facility offers direct access to Interstate 65, enabling the company to reach new markets efficiently. The state-of-the-art facility features a 140,834 SF dry warehouse, a 20,743 SF freezer at -10°F, a 6,122 SF cold dock, and 6,500 SF of office space. Additional facility features include insulated tilt-up construction, 32’ clear height, 18 dock positions, and two drive-in ramps.
This facility is Harvest Roasting’s sixth distribution location nationwide, enhancing the company’s ability to maintain service with shorter lead times and delivery distances. ARCO previously completed a 63,671 SF warehouse and office remodel for Scooter’s Coffee and Harvest Roasting in Kansas City, Missouri.
