Great Plains Commerce Center Buildings
ARCO and BlueScope Properties Group have successfully completed a 140,264 SF distribution facility within the Great Plains Commerce Center in Olathe, Kansas. This latest project adds to their ongoing partnership at the 54-acre development, which also includes the adjacent 235,522 SF distribution facility completed previously. The new facility features tilt-up construction, 32′ clear height, 12 dock positions, and a 3,000 SF office space.

ARCO’s Kansas City division is upgrading to a brand-new, 52,253 SF office and warehouse! Once complete, the facility will feature 51 private offices, a 2,000 SF training room with stadium seating, and four conference rooms. Associates will also enjoy a range of top-tier amenities, including a 6,000 SF gym, a spacious break room and game room, and an NBA-sized basketball court, designed to enhance both productivity and well-being.
More than 400,000 SF of Distribution Space Brought to a Growing Industrial Park
Dove Valley Logistics Centres I & II
Located within the Dove Valley Logistics Centre in Denver, Colorado, these two distribution facilities are strategically located with close proximity to Interstate 25, offering convenient access to the Denver-Aurora metropolitan area and other major highways.
The more recent addition is a 304,320 SF cross dock facility features 36′ clear height, 89 dock positions, 32 dock levelers, four drive-in ramps, and four warehouse entries. Prior to this, ARCO completed a 136,915 SF distribution facility featuring 32′ clear height, 37 dock doors, three drive-in ramps, four buildng entries, and tilt-up construction.
ARCO and BlueScope Properties Group's Largest Collaboration
Tradeport East
Located in Savannah, Georgia, this 645,845 SF distribution facility is the largest facility ARCO and BlueScope Properties Group have partnered to complete to date. The 42-acre site development features a 3,060 SF class A office buildout, tilt-up construction, 144 dock positions, 36′ clear height, four drive-in ramps, and ample parking with 239 auto parking spaces and 180 trailer parking spaces. ARCO successfully navigated site challenges, including the extension of a public road and modifications to the off-site master detention system to increase storage capacity.
180-Acre Logistics Park Expands with Fourth Major Development
Mid Florida Logistics Park
ARCO and BlueScope Properties Group are making progress on one of its latest projects within the Mid Florida Logistics Park– a class A industrial business park that occupies 40 acres of land in Apopka. The 352,268 SF distribution facility is located within the Mid-Florida Logistics Park in Apopka and will feature 36’ clear height, 30 dock positions, eight storefront entries, and a 3,503 SF office. ARCO and BlueScope Properties Group have previously partnered to complete three distribution facilities including two build-to-suit facilities for end-users, Coca-Cola and Goya Foods, as well as a speculative warehouse development.

The Park @ 429
ARCO began our long-standing partnership with BlueScope Properties Group with the completion of The Park @ 429 – a two-building industrial park in Ocoee, Florida. ARCO later completed a tenant improvement project inside one of the facilities for end-user, CITY Furniture. The project included an 85,000 SF showroom, as well as a 165,000 SF warehouse and was completed in less than six months.
