Designed and Built for Arizona Beverages, this project is a 620,000 total square foot beverage production and bottling facility.
This 620,000 SF production and bottling facility is designed for efficiency and reliability in manufacturing operations. The Ductilcrete floor slab enhances load capacity and features controlled joints positioned solely at column lines, promoting structural integrity and reducing maintenance needs. With 45 dock positions, the facility supports high-volume loading and unloading of goods, ensuring streamlined logistics.
The facility includes a robust 30,000 KVA primary electrical service, providing ample power for production equipment and processes. Modular building units house boilers that support steam generation essential for filling operations. Additionally, a modular chilled water unit (CUB) supplies chilled and condenser water for process cooling and HVAC systems, maintaining optimal operational conditions.
The interior engine room is dedicated to blow molding operations, featuring the complete design and construction of associated infrastructure, including electrical systems, compressed air supply, chilled water, and condenser water systems. This comprehensive setup ensures efficient operation and effective management of production processes, making the facility a key asset for manufacturing and bottling needs.
