ARCO COMPLETES LATEST PROJECT FOR CENTRE COLLEGE

The ARCO Living Group team recently completed our latest project for Centre College – a 3-story, 66,500 SF student housing facility! The new suite-style facility features 91 units with state-of-the-art common spaces including full-size kitchens, study rooms and recycle spaces. This marks the 3rd student housing facility and the 5th project overall that ARCO has completed for Centre College. We are proud to be a partner of Centre College as they continue to create a top-notch community for students and faculty. We look forward to many more projects in the future!
