ARCO recently completed a 246,000 SF furniture showroom and distribution facility for City Furniture in Ocoee, FL. The project was a build-out of a speculative warehouse ARCO constructed for BlueScope Properties Group in The Park @ 429, a class A industrial park.

Utilizing the design/build methodology, ARCO delivered significant cost savings while maintaining an accelerated schedule. ARCO maximizes efficiency by combining quality of design and construction, management of expense and adherence to schedule into a single point of responsibility.
