Designed and built for a confidential client, this project is a 40,700-total-square-foot cannabis cultivation facility.
This 40,700 SF cannabis cultivation facility features a dedicated 37,885 SF production area, carefully equipped with a high-performance irrigation piping system to support optimal plant growth. A 2,815 SF office space is included for administrative needs, providing a secure and convenient workplace. The facility operates with a robust 3,200-amp electrical service, and a clear height of 24 feet allows for substantial vertical storage and infrastructure flexibility within the production area. A single drive-thru door enhances operational efficiency, accommodating large deliveries and streamlined logistics.
Constructed using a pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) framework, the facility integrates a durable 45-mil TPO mechanically fastened roof system, providing reliable weather resistance and long-term durability. Within the grow rooms, High-Pressure Sodium (HPS) lighting is utilized, offering a proven, effective lighting solution for cannabis cultivation.
Security is a top priority with advanced systems in place, including a comprehensive access control system featuring card readers and CCTV for surveillance, meeting stringent regulatory standards. The facility’s mechanical design is tailored for cultivation needs, providing precise climate control essential to plant health and maximizing crop yield. This state-of-the-art cultivation center balances efficiency, security, and optimal growing conditions to support a productive, compliant operation.
