CoStar Group announced that the 207,000-square-foot Class A industrial facility at 885 Stelzer Rd. in Columbus, Ohio, has been awarded the 2025 CoStar Impact Award for Columbus Commercial Development of the Year. This recognition highlights the project’s significant contribution to the region’s industrial real estate market and celebrates the collaboration between developer Weston, Inc., design-build general contractor ARCO National Construction, and broker Newmark.
Completed in 2024, the facility was originally developed as a speculative project but quickly secured a long-term tenant, demonstrating its value in Columbus’ thriving industrial market. The development process—from land acquisition to construction completion and lease execution—showcased the strength of vision, collaboration, and execution by the project team.
Strategically located across from John Glenn Columbus International Airport, the facility provides direct access to major transportation routes, including I-670, I-270, and Highway 62. With a reach of more than 1.4 million people within a 15-mile radius, the site offers unparalleled connectivity and prime positioning in a key industrial corridor.
The project marks Weston, Inc.’s first industrial development in Columbus, solidifying the company’s presence in the area’s rapidly expanding industrial sector.
Designed for versatility, the facility’s efficient layout maximized functionality, offering valuable space to meet the growing demand for industrial properties in the region. Facility features include tilt-up concrete construction, 32’ clear height, 17 dock positions, two drive-in ramps, two main entrances, and ample car and trailer parking.
