Designed and Built for Koll Development Company (KDC), the Digital Realty Trust project includes 152,150 square feet & 113,250 square feet data center buildings.

Two separate data center buildings, Building E at 152,150 SF and Building F at 113,250 SF, incorporate robust infrastructure and advanced security features to support high-demand data storage and processing needs. Constructed with load-bearing, tilt-up concrete walls, these facilities are built to handle the structural demands of a data center environment. Each building includes 16,200 SF of dedicated office space and features a power base build-out to accommodate intensive electrical requirements and equipment needs, all within LEED® Gold-certified facilities, demonstrating a commitment to sustainability.

Security is a priority, with multiple layers including primary and secondary security offices and comprehensive card-access systems. Entry to high-security areas like POP rooms requires advanced Bio Script fingerprint recognition. The perimeter is secured by motorized vehicle control arms and crash gates for controlled vehicle access.

Additionally, each building is equipped with a fully integrated lighting and surge protection system, certified with UL Master Labels, and photocell-controlled site lighting, ensuring efficient operation and resilience against power surges.
