Designed and built for National Property Holdings, the Domino's warehouse is a 111,700-square-foot dough processing and freezer/cooler distribution facility.
This 111,700 SF dough processing and cold storage facility is Safe Quality Food (SQF) certified, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. It features a 14,700 SF dry warehouse, a 9,800 SF 35°F cold dock, and a 5,200 SF -10°F freezer, ensuring effective temperature control for various products. The facility also includes a 4,500 SF 35°F cooler and a 3,300 SF dry dock, facilitating streamlined operations and product handling.
A spiral cooler is incorporated specifically for pizza dough production, enhancing efficiency. The facility utilizes a Freon refrigeration system, and its structure consists of insulated precast panels with a conventional steel frame, ensuring durability and energy efficiency. The 60-mil mechanically attached TPO roof system with R-30 insulation further contributes to energy savings and temperature control.
The building offers a clear height of 36 feet, which maximizes vertical space for storage and operations. It is equipped with two 3,000 Amp electrical services to support heavy machinery and equipment. With 20 dock positions and one drive-in ramp, loading and unloading processes are efficient.
