Designed and Built for Framingham Self Storage, this project is a 126,690 total square foot development including one 3-story self storage facility and three 1-story self storage facilities.
This 126,690 SF self-storage facility combines a variety of climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled storage solutions in four distinct buildings. The primary three-story building offers climate-controlled units to protect sensitive items from temperature fluctuations, while three single-story, non-climate-controlled buildings provide flexible storage options to accommodate a diverse range of storage needs.
A 960 SF sales office is centrally located, streamlining customer service operations and offering a welcoming space for customer interactions. The facility’s exterior loading dock enhances convenience, allowing tenants easy access for loading and unloading. Built with a light gauge steel structure, the facility is designed for durability and ease of maintenance, with a façade featuring metal panels and Nichiha finishes that contribute to its modern, clean aesthetic.
Efficient LED lighting throughout the property ensures a well-lit, secure environment while maintaining energy efficiency. This self-storage complex is carefully designed to provide an optimal storage experience with robust structural elements, versatile storage options, and thoughtful amenities for both security and customer convenience.
