High Country Beverage

Designed and Built for High Country Beverage, this facility is a 260,400 total square foot beverage distribution facility.

The original project, a 135,000 SF beverage distribution center and office, set a high standard for functionality and design with its innovative features and construction. The facility includes a 77,907 SF controlled temperature warehouse with a 32' clear height, an 18,793 SF draught cooler, a 7,660 SF enclosed back-in loading area, and a 26,332 SF two-story office. Other essential elements include a 3,740 SF truck maintenance facility with a truck wash bay, insulated tilt-up concrete construction, and conventional steel joists/girders. With 12 dock positions featuring vertical levelers, a suspended catwalk for second-floor access to the CTW, and LED lighting throughout, the facility is optimized for efficiency. A timber-framed entrance canopy and pergola add architectural appeal to the project, delivered through a design/build approach.

Following the success of the original project, a second-phase expansion of 125,400 SF was completed to enhance capacity and adaptability. The CTW expansion features a steel structure with insulated tilt-up concrete wall panels and maintains the 32' clear height of the original design. The addition includes five new dock positions, LED lighting throughout, and an ESFR sprinkler system to meet fire safety standards. Designed for flexibility, the expanded space can be divided into four tenant spaces, each equipped with sub-metering capabilities, ensuring versatility for future use.
