ARCO BREAKS GROUND ON OFFICE & LABORATORY FACILITY FOR KCAS

ARCO is excited to begin construction on a new office and laboratory facility for repeat client KCAS Bioanalytical & Biomarker Services! Our Kansas City team recently broke ground on this 67,950 SF project located in the Kansas Bioscience Park in Olathe, KS.

The building will feature 39,000 SF of office space, 20,000 SF of biosafety level II laboratory space, and 9,000 SF of freezer and refrigerator storage rooms. The lab will also include gas and liquid supply systems and an HVAC system designed for strict temperature and humidity and ventilation requirements.

KCAS is a progressive contract research organization that provides bioanalytical services to the Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical, Animal Health and Medical Device industries. ARCO is proud to be a part of KCAS’s growth and we look forward to a successful completion of this development in Spring 2022.
