Designed and Built for Block Real Estate Services, the MSI Surfaces warehouse is a 200,000 square foot distribution facility.
This 200,000 SF distribution facility was built with a tilt-up concrete exterior and a steel structure for durability and strength. The roof is a 60 mil TPO system with R-20 insulation, designed for energy efficiency and long-lasting protection. Inside, the facility has a 32-foot clear height, providing ample space for storage and operations.
The building includes 13 dock positions, six drive-in truck wells, and one drive-in ramp to support a variety of loading and unloading operations. It is powered by a 2,000-amp electrical service and equipped with an NFPA 13 ESFR fire protection system for safety. LED lighting throughout ensures efficient, low-maintenance illumination.
The site also features a 600-foot long, 7-foot tall segmental block retaining wall for structural support. With 132 car parking spaces and 13 trailer parking spaces, the site provides ample parking for all who visit. Six bridge crane bays house 12 cranes, designed for heavy-duty lifting and material handling within the facility. This distribution center is designed to support high-volume operations with a focus on efficiency and safety.
