Designed and built for ABB, this project is a 146,000-total-square-foot office and technology facility.

The 146,000 SF office and technology facility is designed to support both operational efficiency and innovation. The building features a 3,400 SF café equipped with coffee and food stations, providing a comfortable and functional space for employees. The structure utilizes tilt-up concrete construction, combined with curtain walls and metal fascia for a modern, durable exterior. Additionally, the facility includes internal roof drains and a 60-mil mechanically fastened TPO roofing system for long-term performance and ease of maintenance.

Inside, the facility accommodates various laboratories dedicated to testing new materials and technology, supporting cutting-edge research and development. Vendor suites are available for product testing, facilitating collaboration between ABB and external partners. The electrical system is robust with a 4,000-amp service supporting the building's advanced infrastructure. One drive-in door provides easy access for loading and unloading, ensuring operational efficiency.

Designed as the new business home for 400 ABB employees, the building offers ample space for offices, workstations, and collaboration areas. The project was delivered through a design-build approach, streamlining the process and ensuring the facility met all functional and aesthetic requirements. This facility is a state-of-the-art workspace tailored to the needs of a leading technology company.
