FROM THE CLIENT:  "In January of 2017 I was hired by Caruso Companies, of Revere, Massachusetts, to oversee the construction of a 5-story, 950-unit, climate controlled self-storage facility with a drive-thru feature. "Not having much experience in the self storage facility market, I decided to visit a couple of nearby similar projects under construction as a way of educating myself. My main job responsibility was to act as a liaison between the project owners and the current General Contractor, which at that time was not ARCO. "ARCO happened to be the General Contractor of one of those nearby projects. Starting with my first visit in the Fall of 2017, I knew we needed to 'switch gears' and hire ARCO as our new General Contractor. Discussions with ARCO began in the Spring of 2018, and we executed contracts shortly thereafter.
