Designed and built for Caruso Companies, the Caruso Self Storage facility is a 125,050-square-foot, five-story self storage facility.
This modern self storage facility spans 125,050 SF over five stories, providing 837 climate-controlled storage units to meet a variety of storage needs. The facility includes 15 ground-level exterior storage units, allowing customers quick and easy access for loading and unloading. A welcoming 750 SF main office greets visitors, providing a central point for customer service and operations management. The building design incorporates a durable stone veneer façade with insulated metal panel (IMP) construction, ensuring energy efficiency and an attractive exterior.
For customer convenience, the facility features a drive-through, climate-controlled unloading bay that enhances user experience in all weather conditions. To support efficient movement throughout the building, two 4,500-pound-capacity elevators allow for secure transportation of heavy and bulky items. The facility is designed with future expansion in mind, including plans for a one-story, five-bay standalone storage building on the same property.
