DISTRIBUTION FACILITY TENANT IMPROVEMENT IN LAS VEGAS, NV
Designed and Built for DHL, the Bayer project is a 340,000 total square foot distribution facility tenant improvement.
The 340,000 SF distribution facility tenant improvement includes key areas designed for efficient operations and safety. A 40,000 SF aerosol cage area is dedicated to secure material storage, while the facility also houses 4,600 SF of office space, a 1,000 SF shipping and receiving office, and a 1,200 SF battery charging room. These spaces enhance workflow, organization, and operational efficiency for the tenant.
To further optimize facility functionality, a 10,000 SF demising wall provides separation for different operational areas. Safety measures include a long-range photo/beam smoke detection system, as well as exterior spill containment systems to mitigate potential hazards. An emergency backup generator ensures operational continuity during power disruptions.
Security is also a priority, with a 3,700 LF 6’ black iron fence enclosing the entire property. The project was delivered using a design/build model, combining customized design with efficient construction to meet the specific needs of the tenant. The result is a modern, secure, and highly functional industrial space.
