ARCO recently completed this 274,994 SF foodservice distribution facility for repeat clients Scannell Properties and Performance Food Group. Located in Commerce City, Colorado, the state-of-the-art facility features multiple temperature zones, including -10°F and -20°F ice cream freezers, meat coolers ranging from 28°F to 55°F, and a 40°F cold dock, more than 100,000 SF of dry warehouse space, a 28,500 SF office, 1,000 SF and 2,000 SF mezzanines, and a 1,300 SF test kitchen. Additional features include 32’ clear height, 3 bays of multi-shuttle automated racking, 41 dock positions, and tilt-up and insulated metal panel construction.
