ARCO has a long-standing partnership with Topgolf, an iconic brand in entertainment that redefines socializing with state-of-the-art golf and leisure facilities that combine immersive gameplay with premium hospitality. Across more than 90 projects totaling over 5 million SF nationwide, Topgolf complexes range from 55,000 to 86,000 SF and are strategically designed to bring a unique blend of sports and entertainment to 35 states.

Each location delivers a multi-tiered experience that combines upscale bar and restaurant spaces, versatile event areas, and premium golf bays, appealing to golfers and non-golfers alike. These signature venues are recognized for their dynamic layouts, complete with top-level beer gardens, social areas, and multiple high-tech hitting bays powered by RFID tracking for instantaneous ball feedback. Outfield targets constructed from heavy concrete or corrugated metal add to the iconic look and functionality.

Beyond the golf bays, Topgolf’s attention to detail and premium finishes set it apart as a hospitality leader. Many venues feature striking wood and aluminum ceiling elements, custom lighting fixtures, stacked stone accents, and structural roof trellises. Intricate data and electrical systems support more than 450 TVs, gaming consoles, and infrared heaters, ensuring comfort in every bay. Additional offerings, such as 12-hole mini-golf courses and climate-controlled lounge areas, further elevate the experience.

ARCO has also partnered with Topgolf to expand its reach with buildouts and renovations of lounges and swing suites in mixed-use commercial spaces, bringing its signature experience to new and varied settings.
