This 142,740 SF, seven-story self storage facility combines advanced structural engineering with modern design elements to deliver a top-tier storage solution. The building includes an 873 SF office space for on-site management and customer service. Constructed with structural steel and featuring a cast-in-place basement, the facility prioritizes durability and long-term reliability.
The façade showcases a diverse mix of metal panels, EIFS, glass, Nichiha stone, and masonry veneer, creating an aesthetically appealing and resilient exterior. The fully conditioned loading docks enhance user comfort and protect stored goods from extreme temperatures. Preconstruction services provided on the project included comprehensive architectural planning, engineering, and permitting, ensuring a streamlined construction process and regulatory compliance.
Significant upgrades to water, sewer, and electrical systems were incorporated to meet the building’s high utility demands. This combination of robust infrastructure, thoughtful design, and essential utilities makes this self storage facility a sophisticated and user-centered solution for modern storage needs.
