The projects included more than 100,000 SF of freezer/cooler space, cold docks, office spaces, and freon refrigeration systems. ARCO recently completed this hazardous storage and distribution facility for repeat developer client, Scannell Properties, and end-user, MilliporeSigma. Located in Visalia, California, the facility features six hazardous storage spaces with H2, H3, and H4 classifications, freezer/cooler space, and a 3,620 SF office.
