The 198,000 SF build-to-suit distribution center was constructed for Frito-Lay to meet their specific operational needs. This facility includes a 7,000 SF office space designed to support administrative and management functions. It features a 32-foot clear height, providing ample vertical storage capacity for inventory and efficient material handling systems.
The layout incorporates thirty dock positions and one drive-in ramp, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics for high-volume operations. Equipped with a robust 3,000-amp electrical service, the facility is built to handle advanced equipment and high-power demands. This project delivers a practical and efficient solution tailored to the operational requirements of a global leader in the food industry.
