Designed and Built for Skybox Data Centers, this TMGcore project known as the Legacy campus is a 150,000 total square foot, LEED Silver certified data center facility.

This state-of-the-art, 150,000 SF data center facility is specifically designed for high-density data processing and optimized for large-scale operations. Equipped with a 20MW power capacity, the facility uses liquid immersion cooling technology, allowing for efficient thermal management in support of energy-intensive servers and equipment. Situated on a 21-acre site, this data center is purpose-built for growth, capable of expanding up to 350,000 SF to meet future data demands.

The construction is classified under F-1 Moderate Factory and B-Business, adhering to stringent safety and operational codes that reflect its high-security, high-performance purpose. A 6-inch reinforced concrete roof deck provides structural integrity against severe weather conditions, rated to withstand wind speeds up to 190 mph. Certified to LEED Silver standards, the facility also prioritizes sustainable practices, from its energy-efficient mechanical and electrical systems to environmentally responsible construction materials.

In addition to robust physical and operational security, the facility offers flexible, scalable infrastructure, built to adapt as technology advances. Its innovative cooling system significantly reduces power usage effectiveness (PUE), contributing to both cost savings and a smaller environmental footprint.
