ARCO’s Kansas City division recently completed a three-building industrial park for repeat client BCB Development. The distribution facilities total 383,000 SF and were constructed simultaneously within the 34-acre Southpark Commerce Center. Each facility was designed and built to accommodate local, midsized distribution or light manufacturing end-users.

The Southpark Commerce Center is strategically located in Olathe, Kansas, with access to Highway 7 and I-35. The development is expected to bring approximately 135 new jobs to the region. Each facility features tilt-up construction, 32’ clear height, and 14 dock positions.
