Designed and Built for Standard Beverage, this project is a 117,880 total square foot beverage distribution facility expansion.

This 117,880 SF expansion of a beverage distribution facility was completed for a repeat client, reflecting a continued partnership and trust in delivering tailored solutions. The project includes a 97,780 SF automated warehouse designed with advanced robotics and conveyor systems to optimize inventory flow, reduce manual labor, and increase order fulfillment efficiency. The 14,100 SF enclosed dock streamlines shipping and receiving, while a 6,000 SF office supports administrative and operational tasks. The robust steel structure and tilt-up concrete wall panels ensure durability and long-term performance.

Key features of the automation include two 3-level pick modules and a 2-level bottle room, which enhance vertical storage and facilitate precise order picking and packing. The facility is designed for seamless integration with warehouse management systems, supporting real-time tracking and inventory accuracy. With a 38' clear height, the warehouse accommodates high-density storage configurations, maximizing space utilization.
